What is your shipping timeline?

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and are generally delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery pincode.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID and tracking link. You can also track your order directly through the Gulaabi Loom website.

Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?

Yes, we offer free reverse pickup for eligible exchanges within India.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, you may need to self-ship the product to us. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

For international orders, applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Important Delivery Note

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

For products received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
