As our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, print, texture and finish are natural and may occur from one piece to another.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout, including cards, UPI and other supported payment options.

Prices may be changed at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and will contact you where necessary before processing the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to selected international destinations.

Domestic orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery pincode.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Products must be unused, unworn and returned with all original tags and labels intact.

Gulaabi Loom does not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns are issued exclusively as Store Credit. Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to availability.
